True happiness occurs only when you find the problems you enjoy having and enjoy solving. (Mark Manson)

Dimitris has a Master in Product-Service System Design (PSSD) from the Politecnico di Milano and a BA in Business Administration from the University of Hertfordshire. With this background, he is used to taking a multidisciplinary approach by intersecting business, strategic and human-centered design thinking. He applies expertise in human-centered design methods to contribute to the research on, and the conceptualization and prototyping of service systems and digital/physical interactions.

In the five years before starting his Master’s, he worked as a brand and packaging designer in Athens and as a production coordinator in his family's firm. During his studies, he worked for CBA Design in Milan, concentrating on visual strategy design projects. The last year of his master, he was part of a 3-year research project of Politecnico di Milano, focused on the public mental health-care sector in the region of Lombardia, which included the establishment of three recovery-centered Innovation labs.

At Experientia, he works as a service and strategic designer, on projects for the finance, telecommunication, healthcare, and public innovation sectors.

He speaks English, Italian, and Greek, and has a basic understanding of German.

What's your favourite book?

Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance, a book which I bought because I like motorcycles and accidentally it introduced me to a philosophical examination of life’s questions, given through a father-son road trip. Strangely beautiful!

What's your superpower?

No superpowers; just trying to be less wrong.

Finish the sentence: "I could talk for hours about..."

Burger definitely burgers. After all, no one likes to talk about salads.
