Envisioning the future of mobile banking

UniCredit Bank

UniCredit Bank partnered with Experientia to create a plan for designing and deploying a consistent mobile banking offering in the short, medium and long-term future.

3 things to know

  1. UniCredit Bank partnered with Experientia to create a plan for designing and deploying a consistent mobile banking offering.

  2. We conducted market landscape research to evaluate current offerings and identify the most innovative features, and created hi-fidelity design concepts.

  3. For the roll-out, we created a comprehensive roadmap illustrating a variety of mobile touchpoints and how they could be implemented in a viable and consistent manner.

We conducted market landscape research to evaluate current offerings and identify the most innovative features in mobile technologies and banking. Our findings were complemented with customer journeys based on personas previously created for UniCredit, and an idea generation process.

To illustrate a possible mobile offering, we created detailed, hi-fidelity design concepts of a mobile app that included features such as account overview, budgeting support and the ability to make mobile payments and book appointments.

As a final deliverable, we created a comprehensive roadmap with a business strategy illustrating a variety of mobile touchpoints and how they could be rolled out in a viable and consistent manner.
