Experientia worked with Samsung’s mobile accessories business unit to develop a medium to long-term design strategy to broaden their market for mobile accessories, identifying new markets with the potential for higher profits.

  1. Experientia was selected as Samsung’s business design partner to identify new market segments for the sale of mobile accessories.

  2. We devised six different business models, each targeting a different market segment and time frame.

  3. For every business model, we created companion design guidelines to enable smooth implementation.
