Raffaella Citterio is a service designer with analytic research skills. She understands complex organization processes and then turn them into visualisation.
She graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan with a thesis based on services for the community, developed through ethnographic research and user involvement in the design process.
At Experientia she is involved in a wide range of projects, using ethnographic research principles to better understand corporate and industrial internal processes. Not only she simplifies them, but she also defines and design contents that could improve people’s working activities. In addition to this, Raffaella develops and designs communication tools for emerging markets. To do so, she uses ethnographic research as a tool to generate insights for future contents and communication on mobile, and to enhance the information architecture for both websites and IPTV.
I see photography as a tool to investigate life, exploit emotions, and document activities for a better design research.
