Raffaella Citterio

Raffaella Citterio is a service designer with analytic research and visualisation skills.
She graduated from the Polytechnic of Milan with a thesis based on services for the community, created through ethnographic research and user involvement in the design process.

Her previous work experience includes design and management of communication elements for shops and food chains.

At Experientia she has worked on a wide range of projects, from ethnographic research and insight generation, to interface design and website and IPTV information architecture.

I see photography as a tool to investigate life, to exploit emotions, through the lens of ethnographic and design research.
