Paola Sales

Paola Sales has a bachelor’s degree in journalism, a post-graduate degree in communication management and institutional marketing, and a master’s in knowledge and intelligence management. She has worked in Brazil in the field of content management and information architecture. She became interested in user experience because of her belief that all people have the right to freely and simply use technology, regardless of their ability level. At Experientia, she employs her passion for user experience, combining usability testing with information architecture and ethnographic research.

It’s amazing to be involved in projects aiming to better understand people, and to realise that one day, somewhere, someone will think ‘Wow, that’s simple,’ because of something that I helped to build.
