Luca Troisi

Luca Troisi has a master’s degree in science in manufacturing engineering and another in transportation design. He specialises in new product development and industrial design, and combines an analytical approach to engineering with synthetic design thinking.

Luca’s long experience in the transportation industry includes work for luxury yacht-builders (Azimut-Benetti; Ferretti Group) as manufacturing manager in charge of industrialisation, new product development and manufacturing.

He has worked for Experientia since 2008, as researcher and industrial designer. His favourite aspect of his work is the way in which it empowers his T-shaped mindset, combining business, engineering and design in an organic way to achieve win-win results.

In Experientia’s international atmosphere, it’s impossible to get bored.
