Brian is a service designer with a masters degree from Politecnico di Milano, and a bachelors degree in Psychology from the National University of Singapore.
As a service designer, he has developed new service concepts for companies such as Capgemini, Iren Gruppo, Eataly and Coop Italy.
For 5 years, Brian worked in a new healthcare startup as a member of their pioneering team to build and set up a new 1100 bed integrated hospital system in Singapore.
Brian has extensive experience in leading and facilitating innovation projects, from prototyping of new healthcare devices to piloting and evaluating adoption of new technology. He is also a certified Lean Six Sigma practitioner experienced in leading large scale cross-functional improvement projects in healthcare operations.
Brian speaks fluent English and Mandarin and has had the experience of working in Italy, Singapore and the United States.
